WHMIS is incorporated into the Occupational Health and Safety Act and is law in the Province of Ontario. This legislation very broadly states that if you work with, or in proximity to, hazardous materials your employer must take several steps to ensure that the information you need to work safely with those hazardous materials is available to you and understood.

At the main page, click on Training in the menu bar, then select WHMIS.

Why Stake.com Is Banned in Ontario (2026 Update)

Stake.com isn’t allowed in Ontario because it doesn’t have a license from iGaming Ontario, the official regulator for online gambling in the province. As of January 2025, Stake.com is not legal in Ontario and is blocked for players living there. Without this license, the site cannot legally accept bets from Ontario residents, which is why you’ll see a message saying the service isn’t available in your region. Ontario’s online gambling rules require every casino or sportsbook to be licensed by iGaming Ontario, a part of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

Can You Use Stake in the US with a VPN? Risks Explained

Yes, you can technically use Stake in the U.S. with a VPN, but it’s not a simple “plug and play” situation—it comes with real legal, financial, and account‑risk issues that every player should understand before trying it. Many blogs and video guides confirm that U.S. players do access Stake this way, but they also warn that doing so breaks the site’s rules and may not fully protect you under U.S. law.

Access Stake from France in 2026: Complete VPN Guide
